Keto 7 Layer Taco Dip

Ingredients:

Layer 1: Seasoned Ground Beef

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning (sugar-free)
  • 2 tbsp water

Layer 2: Creamy Cheese Mix

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Layer 3: Guacamole

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp salt

Layer 4: Salsa

  • ½ cup sugar-free salsa

Layer 5: Shredded Cheese

  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend

Layer 6: Black Olives

  • ¼ cup sliced black olives

Layer 7: Green Onions

  • ¼ cup chopped green onions

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease, add taco seasoning and water, and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Let it cool.
  2. Mix the Creamy Layer: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  3. Prepare Guacamole: Mash avocados with lime juice and salt until smooth.
  4. Assemble the Layers: In a serving dish, layer ingredients in the following order:
    • Seasoned ground beef
    • Cream cheese mixture
    • Guacamole
    • Salsa
    • Shredded cheese
    • Black olives
    • Green onions
