Keto 7 Layer Taco Dip

Ingredients:
Layer 1: Seasoned Ground Beef
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning (sugar-free)
- 2 tbsp water
Layer 2: Creamy Cheese Mix
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Layer 3: Guacamole
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp salt
Layer 4: Salsa
- ½ cup sugar-free salsa
Layer 5: Shredded Cheese
- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
Layer 6: Black Olives
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
Layer 7: Green Onions
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
Instructions:
- Cook the Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease, add taco seasoning and water, and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Let it cool.
- Mix the Creamy Layer: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Prepare Guacamole: Mash avocados with lime juice and salt until smooth.
- Assemble the Layers: In a serving dish, layer ingredients in the following order:
- Seasoned ground beef
- Cream cheese mixture
- Guacamole
- Salsa
- Shredded cheese
- Black olives
- Green onions
