Ingredients
- 500g lean ground beef (or chicken/turkey)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs or oat flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Β½ tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Make the Patties
- In a bowl, mix beef, egg, breadcrumbs, and seasonings.
- Form into 4 burger patties.
2. Air Fry
- Preheat air fryer to 190Β°C (375Β°F).
- Place patties in basket without overcrowding.
- Cook for 10β12 minutes, flipping halfway.
3. Add Cheese
- Add cheese during the last 1 minute if using.
4. Assemble
- Place patties in buns or lettuce wraps.
- Add your favorite toppings and sauce.
