Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)

Instructions
- Warm the water until hot but not boiling.
- Stir in cinnamon until combined.
- Add honey and mix well.
- Add lemon juice if using.
