Honey Cinnamon Water

A simple warm wellness drink that’s lightly sweet, cozy, and easy to make in a few minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
  • Tiny pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Warm the water until hot but not boiling.
  2. Stir in cinnamon until combined.
  3. Add honey and mix well.
  4. Add lemon juice if using.
  5. Drink warm.

Optional Add-Ins

  • Fresh ginger slices
  • Turmeric + black pepper
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Mint leaves

Tips

  • Best enjoyed fresh.
  • If the cinnamon settles, just stir again before sipping.
  • Great in the morning or before bed if you want something warm and calming.
