Home Made Keto Air Fryer Scones

🧾 Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2–3 tbsp heavy cream (as needed for moisture)
- Optional: Sugar-free chocolate chips, blueberries, or lemon zest
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and sweetener.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Add the egg, melted butter, vanilla, and 2 tbsp of heavy cream. Mix until a dough forms. If it’s too dry, add a little more cream.
- Fold In Extras: If using chocolate chips, blueberries, or other add-ins, gently fold them in.
- Shape Scones: Form dough into a circle about 1 inch thick. Cut into 6 wedges or use a cookie cutter for round scones.
- Air Fry: Place parchment paper in the air fryer basket, then add the scones. Don’t overcrowd — cook in batches if needed.
Air fry for 12–15 minutes or until golden and firm on top. - Cool & Serve: Let them cool slightly before serving. Great with sugar-free jam or clotted cream!
