Ingredients
- 1 package sugar-free Jello (any flavor, strawberry or raspberry works best)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, high-protein)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (or light version: use more Greek yogurt)
- Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (for extra protein boost)
Instructions
- Dissolve the Jello
- In a bowl, add sugar-free Jello powder.
- Pour in 1 cup boiling water and whisk until fully dissolved.
- Add cold water
- Stir in 1 cup cold water.
- Let it cool slightly (do not let it fully set).
- Whip the cream
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Mix base
- Stir Greek yogurt (and protein powder if using) into the cooled Jello mixture.
- Fold together
- Gently fold whipped cream into the Jello mixture until fluffy and smooth.
- Chill
- Spoon into cups and refrigerate for 1โ2 hours until mousse-like.
