½ cup crushed high-protein cereal or crushed nuts
“Caramel” Layer
¼ cup peanut butter
2 tbsp sugar-free syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
Chocolate Coating
¾ cup dark chocolate (85% or sugar-free chips)
1 tsp coconut oil
🔥 Instructions
Make base
Mix peanut butter + protein powder + syrup
Form into small balls or discs
Add crunch
Roll or press into crushed cereal/nuts
Make caramel layer
Melt peanut butter + syrup + coconut oil
Spoon a little on top of each bite
Freeze
Freeze for 15–20 minutes to firm up
Dip in chocolate
Melt chocolate + coconut oil
Coat each bite and drizzle extra on top
Set
Refrigerate until chocolate hardens
