1️⃣ Mix
In a large bowl, combine:
- Chicken
- Cheese
- Eggs
- Greek yogurt
- Oat flour
- Seasonings
Mix until well combined (thick mixture).
2️⃣ Shape
- Scoop about 2 tbsp per fritter
- Flatten slightly with a spoon or hand
3️⃣ Cook (Pan or Oven)
🔥 Pan-Fry (Best Texture)
- Heat a non-stick pan with a little oil.
- Cook fritters over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
🔥 Oven-Bake (Lower Fat)
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Place fritters on lined baking sheet.
- Bake 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway.
