Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 8 oz light cream cheese, softened
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2–3 tbsp powdered sweetener or powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix-Ins

  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • Maraschino cherries for topping

Instructions

  1. Whip the base
    Beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Add Greek yogurt, protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla.
  2. Whip cream separately
    Beat heavy cream until fluffy soft peaks form.
  3. Fold together
    Gently fold whipped cream into cheesecake mixture.
  4. Add mix-ins
    Fold in strawberries, banana, pineapple, chocolate chips, coconut, and pecans.
  5. Chill
    Refrigerate 1–2 hours before serving for best texture.
  6. Serve
    Top with whipped cream and cherries if desired.
