- 1/4 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Optional: garlic powder or smoked paprika
- Nonstick spray or muffin liners
Instructions
- Preheat oven
Preheat to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a muffin tin or use silicone liners. - Blend the base
Add eggs and cottage cheese to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy. - Mix fillings
Stir in turkey bacon, cheddar cheese, and seasonings. - Fill muffin cups
Pour mixture evenly into muffin cups, about 3/4 full. - Bake
Bake 18–22 minutes until puffed and set in the center. - Cool slightly
Let cool for 5 minutes before removing.
