Bacon Cheddar High-Protein Egg Bites

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder or smoked paprika
  • Nonstick spray or muffin liners

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    Preheat to 350°F (175°C).
    Grease a muffin tin or use silicone liners.
  2. Blend the base
    Add eggs and cottage cheese to a blender.
    Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Mix fillings
    Stir in turkey bacon, cheddar cheese, and seasonings.
  4. Fill muffin cups
    Pour mixture evenly into muffin cups, about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake
    Bake 18–22 minutes until puffed and set in the center.
  6. Cool slightly
    Let cool for 5 minutes before removing.
