Β½ cup protein powder (unflavored or lightly flavored)

Mix dough:
In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, flour, and protein powder.
Mix until it forms a soft dough. If sticky, add a little flour.
Knead lightly:
Knead for about 1β2 minutes until smooth (donβt overwork it).
Shape:
Form into small rolls, flatbread, or mini loaves depending on your preference.
Preheat air fryer:
180Β°C (350Β°F) for about 3 minutes.
Air fry:
Place dough in basket (lined or lightly greased).
Cook for 10β15 minutes until golden and cooked through.
