Creamy, protein-rich frozen bites with peanut butter and chocolate chips—easy to make with just a few ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ÂĽ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ÂĽ cup mini chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 1–2 tbsp chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. Mix the base: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add chocolate chips: Fold in most of the chocolate chips, reserving a few for topping.
  3. Portion: Line a baking sheet or small tray with parchment paper. Spoon the mixture into small bite-sized mounds, or use a silicone mini-muffin mold.
  4. Top: Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips and optional chopped peanuts over each bite.
  5. Freeze: Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until completely firm.
  6. Serve: Let the bites sit at room temperature for 3–5 minutes before eating for a softer texture.

Storage

Keep the bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.

Tip: For a lower-sugar version, use unsweetened Greek yogurt, natural peanut butter, and a sugar-free chocolate chip option.
