1 can (14 oz or 397g) sweetened condensed milk
4 large eggs
1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon (12g) baking powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan with butter and dust with flour.
In a large bowl, whisk sweetened condensed milk and eggs until smooth.
Sift the all-purpose flour and baking powder into the wet ingredients. Whisk until the batter is smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
