EASY CALORIE DEFICIT SWAP #3 Peanut Butter Edition
I love peanut butter, but when Iβm intentionally eating in a calorie deficit for fat loss, this is one of the easiest swaps I can make.
A typical 2 tablespoons of natural no-sugar-added peanut butter is around:
190 calories
16g fat
7β8g protein
But 2 tablespoons of this PBfit No Sugar Added is:
60 calories
2g fat
8g protein
Thatβs roughly 130 calories saved and about 14g less fat while keeping essentially the same amount of protein.
And no, Iβm not saying regular peanut butter is bad. I still eat it.
This is simply a strategic swap I use on a deficit day when I want the peanut butter flavor without using as many calories and fat.
You can mix the powder with water to make it spreadable, or stir it into Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, smoothies or whatever youβre already eating.
These are the kinds of little swaps that can make a calorie deficit feel so much easier without making your meals tiny.
Save this one for your next peanut butter craving!
