Delicious Chocolate Mug Cake- best I’ve had!
1 Tbs melted butter
¼ C almond flour
½ tsp salt
3 Tbs non-sugar sweetener
1 Tbs Cacao power
¼ tsp baking powder
1 Tbs sour cream
¼ tsp vanilla
1 Tsp Lillys chips- the salted caramel flavored chips are amazing in this!
How to Make
In a microwave safe mug or bowl, melt your butter. add the dry ingredients to the melted butter. Stir well after each ingredient is added.
Add the wet ingredient stirring each one well to avoid lumps. sprinkle the chips on top (they’ll sink on their own and make a thin melted layer when it is done).
Microwave 60-90 seconds
Let sit 1 minute before flipping the mug/bowl onto a plate. Optional – top with fresh strawberries!
