  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt, or to taste
  • ½ cup finely chopped celery

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1–2 tbsp sweet pickle relish, optional

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Add the chopped crab meat and shrimp.
  3. Stir in the celery, red onion, parsley, green onions, dill, and pickle relish if using.
  4. Gently mix until everything is evenly coated in the creamy dressing.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
  6. Give the salad a gentle stir before serving and adjust the seasoning if needed.

Serving

Serve chilled over lettuce, with crackers, in sandwiches, or as a side dish. Garnish with fresh parsley or dill and a little paprika for a finished look.

Tip: For the best texture, make sure the seafood is well-drained and cooled completely before mixing it with the dressing.
