Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix (about 18–19 oz)
- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: ¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make the dough: In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla. Stir until a thick, sticky dough forms.
- Add chocolate chips and nuts if using. Mix gently.
- Scoop the dough into 1½-tablespoon portions and place them about 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes. The centers should look slightly soft; don’t overbake.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
