This is one of those comfort foods that is incredibly satisfying, substantial, and straightforward.
Components:
500 grams of ground sirloin
One small onion, finely sliced
Minced garlic, two bulbs
One egg
1/2 cup of panko
Two tablespoons of milk
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of powdered herbs (optional)
Regarding the glaze:
Three tablespoons of condiment
1 teaspoon of mustard (optional)
1 teaspoon of sugar (optional)
Directions:
Combine the beef, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, and all of the seasonings in a bowl. Avoid overmixing; rather, combine all components.
Form it into a loaf that is not excessively thick to ensure that it cooks uniformly.
Place it on a tiny tray or in your air fryer basket.
Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
Initially, the meatloaf should be cooked for 15 minutes.
Mix the glaze ingredients while it is simmering.
The glaze should be applied to the dish after 15 minutes of cooking. The dish should continue to cook for an additional 8–10 minutes until it is completely cooked and the top is slightly caramelized.
Let it rest for 5–10 minutes before dicing.
