Chocolate Frosty’s

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and frozen
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker consistency)
- Sugar substitute to taste (optional)
Instructions:
- Freeze Banana: Peel a ripe banana, cut it into chunks, and freeze the banana pieces for at least 2-3 hours or overnight.
- Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the frozen banana chunks, unsweetened almond milk, unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and ice cubes if desired.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add more almond milk in small amounts until you reach your desired consistency.
- Adjust Sweetness: Taste the chocolate frosty and adjust the sweetness if needed. You can add a sugar substitute of your choice, such as Stevia or monk fruit, to sweeten it without adding extra points.
- Serve: Pour the chocolate frosty into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes:
- Milk Substitutes: Feel free to use any milk substitute that fits your dietary preferences, such as skim milk, soy milk, or coconut milk.
- Sweeteners: Adjust the sweetness to your liking. If you prefer a sweeter frosty, add more sweetener.
- Optional Add-Ins: For added flavor, you can include a dash of cinnamon or a small amount of instant coffee for a mocha twist.
