Weight Watchers Chicken Broccoli CasseroleI


  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare Chicken and Broccoli: Cook the chicken breasts by grilling, baking, or boiling until fully cooked. Shred the cooked chicken. Steam the broccoli florets until they are just tender. Set aside.
