Chocolate Frosty’s

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and frozen
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker consistency)
  • Sugar substitute to taste (optional)

  1. Freeze Banana: Peel a ripe banana, cut it into chunks, and freeze the banana pieces for at least 2-3 hours or overnight.
  2. Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the frozen banana chunks, unsweetened almond milk, unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and ice cubes if desired.
  3. Blend Until Smooth: Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add more almond milk in small amounts until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. Adjust Sweetness: Taste the chocolate frosty and adjust the sweetness if needed. You can add a sugar substitute of your choice, such as Stevia or monk fruit, to sweeten it without adding extra points.
  5. Serve: Pour the chocolate frosty into a glass and serve immediately.

  • Milk Substitutes: Feel free to use any milk substitute that fits your dietary preferences, such as skim milk, soy milk, or coconut milk.
  • Sweeteners: Adjust the sweetness to your liking. If you prefer a sweeter frosty, add more sweetener.
  • Optional Add-Ins: For added flavor, you can include a dash of cinnamon or a small amount of instant coffee for a mocha twist.
