- 2 large chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Β½ cup Greek yogurt (plain, high-protein)
πͺ Instructions
- Preheat oven
Set to 200Β°C (400Β°F). - Prep foil packets
- Tear 2β3 large sheets of aluminum foil.
- Lightly grease or spray to prevent sticking.
- Assemble
- Place chicken breast in center of each foil sheet.
- Add broccoli on top or around it.
- Spread Greek yogurt over chicken.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly.
- Seal tightly
Fold foil into sealed packets (keep juices inside). - Bake
- Place on a baking tray.
- Bake for 25β30 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
- Optional finish (recommended)
- Open foil in last 5 minutes to slightly brown the cheese.
