  1. Preheat oven
    Set to 200ยฐC (400ยฐF).
  2. Prep foil packets
    • Tear 2โ€“3 large sheets of aluminum foil.
    • Lightly grease or spray to prevent sticking.
  3. Assemble
    • Place chicken breast in center of each foil sheet.
    • Add broccoli on top or around it.
    • Spread Greek yogurt over chicken.
    • Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly.
  4. Seal tightly
    Fold foil into sealed packets (keep juices inside).
  5. Bake
    • Place on a baking tray.
