CANDIED SWEET PITATO BAKED OATS
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oat flour (52 g)
1/2 cup cooked sweet potato (116 g, I heated up mine in the microwave for about 7 min)
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder (@gardenoflifede , 16 g)
1/2 cup milk of choice (oat milk, 125 g)
1/2 tap baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
a couple (vegan) marshmallows
To make this start by combining the ingredients in a bowl until a smooth mixture forms and transfer to an oven safe dish. Top with the marshmallows and bake at 180 C (375 F) for 25-30 min. ENJOY!
