Burger Power Bowls

Ingredients:

For the Burger:

  • 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey, chicken, or plant-based protein)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (if using a pan to cook)

For the Bowls:

  • 4 cups mixed greens (spinach, arugula, romaine, etc.)
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • ΒΌ cup pickles, sliced (optional)
  • 2 boiled eggs (optional)

For the Dressing (optional):

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice (or a little more for extra tang)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Burger Patties:

  • In a bowl, combine the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly incorporated.
  • Form the mixture into 4 patties.
