Ingredients:
For the Burger:
- 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey, chicken, or plant-based protein)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (if using a pan to cook)
For the Bowls:
- 4 cups mixed greens (spinach, arugula, romaine, etc.)
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- ΒΌ cup pickles, sliced (optional)
- 2 boiled eggs (optional)
For the Dressing (optional):
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon pickle juice (or a little more for extra tang)
- Salt and pepper to taste
