Blueberry yogurt cake – a fluffy summer treat!

📝 Ingredients:

Dough:

▪️ 6 eggs

▪️ 300 g sugar

▪️ 1 vanilla sugar or 1 teaspoon of vanilla paste

▪️ 300 ml oil

▪️ 300 g natural yogurt or 18% cream

▪️ 450 g wheat flour

▪️ 3 teaspoons baking powder

▪️ A pinch of salt

Fruits:

▪️ 600–700 g berries or blueberries

▪️ 2 tablespoons potato starch

Additionally:

▪️ Powdered sugar for dusting

▪️ Baking paper or butter and a pastry bag for molds

👩 🍳 Preparation method:

1️⃣ Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt. Add oil, then yogurt. Sift in the flour with baking powder and gently mix.

2️⃣ Mix the berries with the potato starch. Pour the dough into three molds and sprinkle the fruits on top, gently pushing them into the batter.

3️⃣ Bake at 175°C for 45–55 minutes. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar and serve.
