Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
optionally: onion, tomato, coriander
Preparation method:
Slice the avocado, remove the pit and core.
Add garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Mash with a fork or blend into a creamy paste.
Add optional ingredients and mix.
Chill for 15 minutes in the fridge and serve.
