Air Fryer Recipes

For the Filling:

  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Assembling:

  • Egg roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray or oil for the air fryer

  1. Prepare the Filling:
    • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it’s browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
    • Add diced onions to the cooked beef and sauté until they become translucent.
    • Remove the skillet from heat, and add the diced pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, ketchup, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.
  2. Assemble the Egg Rolls:
    • Lay an egg roll wrapper in front of you in a diamond shape with one corner facing you.
    • Place a spoonful of the cheeseburger filling in the center of the wrapper.
  3. Roll the Egg Rolls:
    • Fold the bottom corner up over the filling.
    • Fold in the sides, and then roll the wrapper up tightly, sealing the top corner with a dab of water.
  4. Preheat the Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Air Fry the Egg Rolls:
    • Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil.
    • Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don’t touch.
    • Cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning them halfway through the cooking time, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve:
    • Remove the air-fried cheeseburger egg rolls from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute.
    • Serve with additional ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauces…
