Air Fryer Pierogies

Ingredients:

  • 12 frozen pierogies (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sour cream, chopped chives, or caramelized onions for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for about 3 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Pierogies:
    • Place the frozen pierogies in a bowl.
    • Drizzle olive oil or melted butter over the pierogies, tossing them gently to ensure they’re evenly coated.
    • Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Air Fry:
    • Place the pierogies in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t overlap.
    • Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through. Cook until they are golden brown and crispy.
  4. Serve:
    • Once cooked, remove the pierogies from the air fryer and serve immediately.
    • You can top them with sour cream, chopped chives, or caramelized onions for added flavor.
