Air Fryer Pierogies
Ingredients:
- 12 frozen pierogies (store-bought or homemade)
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sour cream, chopped chives, or caramelized onions for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for about 3 minutes.
- Prepare the Pierogies:
- Place the frozen pierogies in a bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil or melted butter over the pierogies, tossing them gently to ensure they’re evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Air Fry:
- Place the pierogies in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t overlap.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through. Cook until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve:
- Once cooked, remove the pierogies from the air fryer and serve immediately.
- You can top them with sour cream, chopped chives, or caramelized onions for added flavor.
