Air Fryer Jojo Potato Wedges
Ingredients:
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: fresh herbs like parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into wedges. You can leave the skin on for extra texture and nutrients.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil until they are evenly coated.
- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the potato wedges and toss until they are evenly coated with the spices.
- Place the seasoned potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook the potato wedges in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
- Once cooked, remove the potato wedges from the air fryer and sprinkle with additional salt and fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve the Jojo Potato Wedges hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ketchup, ranch dressing, or aioli.
