Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes and Bacon


  • 4 medium-sized potatoes, washed and diced into 1-inch cubes
  • 6 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish


  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded. If needed, cook in batches.
  4. Cook the potatoes in the air fryer for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  5. While the potatoes are cooking, place the chopped bacon in a microwave-safe dish and microwave for 2-3 minutes until slightly crispy.
  6. After 15 minutes, add the cooked bacon to the air fryer basket with the potatoes and toss to combine.
  7. Continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown, and the bacon is fully cooked.
  8. Once done, remove the potatoes and bacon from the air fryer and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
