Air Fryer Jojo Potato Wedges

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: fresh herbs like parsley or chives for garnish

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into wedges. You can leave the skin on for extra texture and nutrients.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil until they are evenly coated.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the potato wedges and toss until they are evenly coated with the spices.
  6. Place the seasoned potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  7. Cook the potato wedges in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
  8. Once cooked, remove the potato wedges from the air fryer and sprinkle with additional salt and fresh herbs if desired.
  9. Serve the Jojo Potato Wedges hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ketchup, ranch dressing, or aioli.
