Air Fryer Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges
Ingredients:
- 3 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Potatoes:
- Wash the russet potatoes thoroughly, then cut them into wedges. Try to keep them of even size for consistent cooking.
- Season the Wedges:
- In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Make sure all the wedges are well-coated with the seasoning.
- Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Air Fry the Wedges:
- Place the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook them in batches to avoid overcrowding.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Add Parmesan:
- Once the potato wedges are crispy and golden brown, remove them from the air fryer. Immediately toss them with the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Serve:
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve the potato wedges hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
