Air Fryer Crispy Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cauliflower head, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cauliflower:
    • Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
  2. Season the Cauliflower:
    • In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil until evenly coated.
    • In a separate bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
    • Sprinkle the Parmesan mixture over the cauliflower and toss until all the florets are well-coated.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Air Fry the Cauliflower:
    • Arrange the cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
    • Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy on the edges.
  5. Serve:
    • Transfer the roasted cauliflower to a serving dish, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and enjoy!
