Air Fryer Crispy Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients:
- 1 medium cauliflower head, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare the Cauliflower:
- Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
- Season the Cauliflower:
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil until evenly coated.
- In a separate bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan mixture over the cauliflower and toss until all the florets are well-coated.
- Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Air Fry the Cauliflower:
- Arrange the cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy on the edges.
- Serve:
- Transfer the roasted cauliflower to a serving dish, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and enjoy!
