Orange Fluff Made W Greek Yogurt
Ingredients:
- 2 cups non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 (0.3 oz) package sugar-free orange gelatin mix
- 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
- 1 cup mandarin orange segments, drained
- 1 cup light whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
- 1-2 tablespoons powdered sugar (optional, for added sweetness)
- Orange zest (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and sugar-free orange gelatin mix. Stir until the gelatin is fully incorporated into the yogurt.
- Add the undrained crushed pineapple to the yogurt mixture and stir until well combined.
- Gently fold in the drained mandarin orange segments.
- If you’d like the dessert to be a bit sweeter, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of powdered sugar to taste. Keep in mind that this will add additional SmartPoints if you are following the WW program.
- Carefully fold in the light whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
- Transfer the orange fluff mixture to a serving dish or individual dessert cups.
- If desired, garnish with a sprinkle of orange zest for extra flavor and presentation.
- Refrigerate the orange fluff for at least 1-2 hours to allow it to set and chill.
- Serve cold, and enjoy your WW-friendly orange fluff dessert!
