Orange Fluff Made W Greek Yogurt


  • 2 cups non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 (0.3 oz) package sugar-free orange gelatin mix
  • 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
  • 1 cup mandarin orange segments, drained
  • 1 cup light whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
  • 1-2 tablespoons powdered sugar (optional, for added sweetness)
  • Orange zest (optional, for garnish)


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and sugar-free orange gelatin mix. Stir until the gelatin is fully incorporated into the yogurt.
  2. Add the undrained crushed pineapple to the yogurt mixture and stir until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the drained mandarin orange segments.
  4. If you’d like the dessert to be a bit sweeter, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of powdered sugar to taste. Keep in mind that this will add additional SmartPoints if you are following the WW program.
  5. Carefully fold in the light whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
  6. Transfer the orange fluff mixture to a serving dish or individual dessert cups.
  7. If desired, garnish with a sprinkle of orange zest for extra flavor and presentation.
  8. Refrigerate the orange fluff for at least 1-2 hours to allow it to set and chill.
  9. Serve cold, and enjoy your WW-friendly orange fluff dessert!
