Cheesy Jalapeño Sausage Balls Everyone Fights Over 🌶️🧀

Ingredients:

1 lb mild pork sausage

8 oz cream cheese, softened

2 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix

2 cups freshly grated Pepper Jack cheese

3 tablespoons finely chopped pickled jalapeños

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil, then lightly spray with non-stick spray.

In a large bowl, combine sausage, cream cheese, Bisquick, shredded cheese, and jalapeños.

Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

Scoop into 1-inch balls using a tablespoon or cookie scoop.

Place balls about 1 inch apart on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

Ensure internal temperature reaches 160°F, then serve warm.
