Light, fluffy, and creamy dessert that tastes like whipped cheesecake but stays very low carb and high protein.


Ingredients

  • 1 package sugar-free Jello (any flavor, strawberry or raspberry works best)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, high-protein)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (or light version: use more Greek yogurt)
  • Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (for extra protein boost)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the Jello
    • In a bowl, add sugar-free Jello powder.
    • Pour in 1 cup boiling water and whisk until fully dissolved.
  2. Add cold water
    • Stir in 1 cup cold water.
    • Let it cool slightly (do not let it fully set).
  3. Whip the cream
    • In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Mix base
    • Stir Greek yogurt (and protein powder if using) into the cooled Jello mixture.
  5. Fold together
    • Gently fold whipped cream into the Jello mixture until fluffy and smooth.
  6. Chill
    • Spoon into cups and refrigerate for 1โ€“2 hours until mousse-like.
