A quick freezer dessert that can satisfy an ice-cream craving while keeping carbs very low.

  • ¼ cup (60 ml) heavy cream
  • 1 scoop (25–30 g) vanilla protein powder (whey or casein)
  • 1–2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk (if needed for texture)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Keto-friendly sweetener to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mug or small bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, protein powder, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. If the mixture is too thick, add almond milk 1 tablespoon at a time.
  3. Freeze for 30–60 minutes, stirring once or twice during freezing for a creamier texture.
  4. Enjoy when it reaches a soft-serve or ice-cream consistency.
