High-Protein Strawberry Cheesecake Yogurt Jars

Creamy, cheesecake-inspired yogurt jars packed with protein and fresh strawberry flavor.

Ingredients

Cheesecake Yogurt Layer

  • 2 cups (480 g) plain Greek yogurt (preferably 0–2% fat)
  • 4 oz (115 g) light cream cheese, softened
  • 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop (about 25–30 g) vanilla protein powder (optional, for extra protein)

Strawberry Layer

  • 2 cups (300 g) fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

Crumb Layer

  • 4 whole graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries
    • Combine diced strawberries, lemon juice, and sweetener (if using).
    • Let sit for 10 minutes to become juicy.
  2. Make the cheesecake mixture
    • In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
    • Mix in Greek yogurt, vanilla, sweetener, and protein powder until creamy and lump-free.
  3. Prepare the crumbs
    • Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs.
    • Stir in melted butter if you’d like a richer cheesecake-crust texture.
  4. Assemble the jars
    • Add a layer of graham cracker crumbs to the bottom of each jar.
    • Spoon in the cheesecake yogurt mixture.
    • Top with the strawberry mixture.
    • Repeat layers if desired.
  5. Chill
    • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for the best texture and flavor.
