
High-Protein Strawberry Cheesecake Yogurt Jars
Creamy, cheesecake-inspired yogurt jars packed with protein and fresh strawberry flavor.

Ingredients
Cheesecake Yogurt Layer
- 2 cups (480 g) plain Greek yogurt (preferably 0–2% fat)
- 4 oz (115 g) light cream cheese, softened
- 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 scoop (about 25–30 g) vanilla protein powder (optional, for extra protein)
Strawberry Layer
- 2 cups (300 g) fresh strawberries, diced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
Crumb Layer
- 4 whole graham crackers, crushed
- 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries
- Combine diced strawberries, lemon juice, and sweetener (if using).
- Let sit for 10 minutes to become juicy.
- Make the cheesecake mixture
- In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Mix in Greek yogurt, vanilla, sweetener, and protein powder until creamy and lump-free.
- Prepare the crumbs
- Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs.
- Stir in melted butter if you’d like a richer cheesecake-crust texture.
- Assemble the jars
- Add a layer of graham cracker crumbs to the bottom of each jar.
- Spoon in the cheesecake yogurt mixture.
- Top with the strawberry mixture.
- Repeat layers if desired.
- Chill
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for the best texture and flavor.
