potato cups made in an air fryer

Things you need:

Two cups of mashed potatoes (leftover potatoes work well)

½ cup of shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons of milk or cream

1 tablespoon of butter

Black pepper and salt

Optional: chopped green onions or other herbs

How to do it:

In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes with the milk, butter, salt, and pepper until they are smooth and creamy.

If you want, you can add some cheese and herbs.

Put the mixture into small cups or ramekins that can go in the oven, like in the picture.

Add more cheese on top.

Set your air fryer to 180°C (350°F).

Put the cups in and cook them for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and a little crunchy.

Give them a few minutes to cool down before you serve them.

That’s it: creamy inside and cheesy crust on top. It’s hard to stop at one.

A quick tip:

Cook for an extra 2–3 minutes at the end if you want the top to be crispier.
