Garlic herb butter air-fried steak

Ingredients

Garlic Butter

  • ▢¼ c. butter softened
  • ▢1 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • ▢2 tsp garlic minced
  • ▢½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

Steaks

  • ▢2 Steaks 1″ thick ribeye, sirloin or striploin (1 inch thick)
  • ▢1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • ▢Salt to taste
  • ▢Pepper to taste

Instructions

Garlic Butter

  • In a small bowl mix together butter, parsley, garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Place on parchment or waxed paper and roll into a roll. Place in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Steak

  • Remove steak from the refrigerator, rub with olive oil on both sides. Then season with salt and pepper and let sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 400 degrees F.
  • When the air fryer is preheated, place the steaks in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Remove the steaks from the air fryer and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
  • Top with a slice of garlic butter and serve.
