German Baked Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 12 Eggs
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 16 oz cottage cheese
  • 16 oz monteray jack cheese
  • 16 oz frozen hash browns
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • salt & pepper

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Crack the eggs into a large mixing bowl and whisk together.

Add stick of melted butter to the eggs.

Add cottage cheese.

Add cheese.

Add flour and baking powder.

Add hash browns.

Place mixture in a greased 9×13 dish

Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour and ENJOY!!
