1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
½–¾ cup water (start with ½ cup and adjust for smooth batter)
Instructions
Spray an 8×8 baking dish or loaf pan with nonstick spray.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the lemon cake mix, Greek yogurt, and water.
- Stir until smooth and well combined (batter will be thick but pourable).
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before slicing.
