3-Ingredient WW Lemon Cake

Ingredients

1 box lemon cake mix (standard size, about 15–16 oz)

1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

½–¾ cup water (start with ½ cup and adjust for smooth batter)


Instructions

Spray an 8×8 baking dish or loaf pan with nonstick spray.

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  1. In a large bowl, combine the lemon cake mixGreek yogurt, and water.
  2. Stir until smooth and well combined (batter will be thick but pourable).
  3. Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  4. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Let cool completely before slicing.
    • Optional: dust lightly with powdered sugar or add fresh lemon zest on top.
