- 4 pieces thick (1-inch) pork chops

Method
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C), and lightly oil a large baking pan. Place the pan in the oven for a few minutes to warm it.
- Lay the pork chops in the pan in a single layer. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
Assembling
- Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of brown sugar over each chop.
- Top each chop with about 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Drizzle the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce over the chops.
Baking
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
Serving
- Rest the chops for 3–5 minutes before serving. Slice and enjoy the tender, juicy meat with the sweet-savory glaze.
Notes
Tips: Save time by preparing the chops a day in advance. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For freezing, use a sealed container for up to 2 months.
