These Protein Frozen S’mores have layers of pillowy soft coconut cream filling with protein powder and sandwiched between graham crackers. These easy gluten free, dairy free and nut free sweet treats are everyone’s favorite summertime treat.
Ingredients
- 1 package gluten free graham crackers
- 1 package dairy free mini chocolate chips
- 1 ½ tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1 container coconut whipped cream
- ½ cup sunflower seed butter
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.
- Add a layer of graham crackers to the bottom of your baking pan.
- Melt chocolate chips.
- Drizzle over layer of graham crackers.
- Combine whipped cream and protein powder and spread over chocolate layer. Drizzle on sunflower seed butter.
- Add graham crackers on top. Freeze until hardened. Slice into squares and enjoy!
Notes
Additions: try adding strawberries or another fruit, caramel, sprinkles
Make sure your graham crackers are aligned so that when you cut them they will be sandwiches!
