Ox liver recipe
Ingredients
1tspn Seven colours grill seasoning
1 clove garlic minced
1/4 cup bbq sauce
Hot sayce sauce (optional)
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp Oil
Salt and pepper
Wash and clean the liver and pat dry with a clean kitchen towel. Remove the outer membrane and cut into equal-sized slices.
2. Season each piece of liver with spices and set aside.
3. Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry onion, garlic then add liver and fry on both sides until browned all over, once its almost coow add bbq and hot sauce
