βœ… Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
2 large chicken breasts (boneless, skinless, sliced thin)
Β½ cup Greek yogurt (for a light creamy boost)
ΒΌ cup chicken broth
2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
2 tbsp capers
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper
Optional: parsley for garnish

Prep chicken
Slice or pound chicken thin for even cooking
Season with salt & pepper
Sear
Heat olive oil in a pan
Cook chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden
Remove and set aside
Make the sauce
In the same pan, sautΓ© garlic
Add chicken broth + lemon juice + capers
Simmer 2–3 minutes
Make it creamy (protein boost)
Lower heat
Stir in Greek yogurt (don’t boil to avoid curdling)
Combine
Return chicken to pan
Coat in sauce and simmer 2–3 minutes
Serve
Garnish with parsley
Spoon extra sauce on top
