- 150g cream cheese
- Β½ cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt & pepper

1. Make the dough
- Mix flour, yeast, salt, Greek yogurt
- Add water gradually β form soft dough
- Knead 5β7 minutes, rest 1 hour
2. Prepare white sauce
- Heat cream cheese + milk on low
- Add garlic, salt, pepper
- Stir until smooth and creamy
3. Assemble (this is the magic part β¨)
- Bottom crust
- Roll dough thick and press into deep pan (sides included)
- First layer
- Mozzarella + some chicken
- Surprise middle layer π
- Spread cottage cheese + cheddar mix

- Second crust (double crust)
- Add a thin dough layer on top of filling
- Top layer
- Pour white sauce
