- 1 sheet puff pastry (ready-rolled)
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- ΒΌ cup Greek yogurt (adds protein + slight tang)
- 1 egg (for brushing)
πͺ Instructions
- Preheat oven
Set to 200Β°C (400Β°F) and line a baking tray. - Prepare pastry
- Roll out puff pastry slightly if needed
- Spread a thin layer of Greek yogurt evenly
- Add cheese
- Sprinkle grated cheddar generously over half the pastry
- Fold the other half over (like a sandwich)
- Cut & twist
- Cut into thin strips
- Twist each strip gently and place on tray
- Egg wash
- Brush with beaten egg for golden color
- Bake
- Bake for 12β15 minutes until puffed and golden
