Weight Watchers Cheesecake Shooter

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 package sugar-free instant cheesecake pudding mix
  • 2–3 tbsp skim milk (adjust for desired thickness)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Light whipped topping (like Cool Whip Lite)
  • Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • Graham cracker crumbs (1 tbsp for topping – optional)

  1. Mix Base:
    In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and pudding mix. Add 2 tbsp of milk and mix until smooth and creamy. Adjust with more milk if needed. Stir in vanilla extract for extra flavor.
  2. Assemble Shooters:
    In small shot glasses or dessert cups, layer a spoonful of the cheesecake mixture, a few berries, and a small dollop of whipped topping.
  3. Top It Off:
    Sprinkle a tiny bit of graham cracker crumbs on top for crunch (optional but delicious!).
  4. Chill & Serve:
    Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes if you like it chilled. Serve and enjoy your guilt-free treat!

💡 Tips:

  • You can swap Greek yogurt for light cream cheese (blended with yogurt) for a richer taste.
